At the same time of global economic development,human beings are increasingly dependent on energy.Fossil energy consumption is huge and facing exhaustion.In order to alleviate the energy pressure caused by the depletion of fossil energy and solve the environmental pollution caused by the use of fossil energy,people began to use more green energy.Wind energy is a green renewable energy,which is widely used in wind power generation.However,wind energy has the characteristics of randomness and intermittence,which leads to the instability of wind power output.The instability of wind power output will affect the power quality of wind power grid-connected.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the control of wind farms.Equivalent modeling of wind farm is the basis of wind farm control.Wind power curve modeling is an important part of wind farm equivalent modeling.Wind power curve can be used as an important reference for wind turbine location,wind turbine design,wind turbine performance assessment,wind turbine power generation capacity assessment and wind turbine power loss.In this paper,a non-linear four-parameter logistic function model is proposed to model the wind power curve.Firstly,the spectral clustering algorithm is used topre-process the sample data,identify and eliminate the abnormal data points in the sample data,and Weiszfeld algorithm is used to extract the feature points of the pre-processed sample data,i.e.the median center points,as the input points of wind power modeling.Then,differential evolution(DE)algorithm is used to iteratively search the optimal four-dimensional vector parameters of the wind power curve model in the four-dimensional space.Finally,the wind power curve model is used to predict the wind power.In order to verify the accuracy of the proposed wind power modeling method,this paper uses the measured data of wind turbine in a wind farm for example analysis,and uses the error evaluation index to analyze and evaluate the accuracy of the established wind power curve model.The results show that the proposed wind power curve modeling method has high feasibility and accuracy.
