As the competition for human capital between enterprises grows stronger,it is very important to improve the efficiency of human capital.Especially for technology-intensive airlines, improving the quality of airline personnel, introducing more highly educated talents, and establishing a core talent team are necessary to improve the efficiency of airline human capital. It takes this as an entry point to evaluate the efficiency of airline human capital.Based on the previous scholars' research, based on the concept of human capital efficiency, combined with the three-stage DEA evaluation method, the evaluation of the human capital efficiency of the selected 15 domestic and foreign airlines from 2015 to 2017 is studied. On the basis of the traditional one-stage DEA efficiency evaluation, the influence of management inefficiency and random error terms on human capital efficiency is eliminated. The study found that the difference in human capital efficiency of different airlines is obvious, and the selected environmental factors have a significant impact on the investment redundancy of airline human capital. The efficiency of human capital efficiency of most airlines is eliminated after the influence of environmental factors. There has been a certain degree of improvement,at a moderately high level, but there are still some airlines whose human capital efficiency value has decreased, and the basic performance is due to the decline in overall efficiency caused by the decline in scale efficiency. Finally,it gives suggestions for improving the efficiency of airline human capital.
