In recent years,China's civil aviation industry has developed rapidly,but the development of low-cost carrier has lagged behind.The average share of low-cost carriers in the global passenger transport market is 28%,while China accounts for only about 8%,far below the international average.To achieve the goal of civil aviation popularization in China,we need to accelerate the development of low-cost carrier.Based on the relevant theoretical researches on commercial ecosystems and low-cost carrier,this paper analyzes the current situation and competitive situation of low-cost carrier in China,the characteristics of commercial ecosystems presented by low-cost carriers in China,the core system and security system,the three levels of the environmental system,in connection with the relevant entities involved in the low-cost carriers themselves,identify the business ecosystem model with airlines as the core enterprise,and then determine the impact of the existence of the commercial ecosystem on China.Costs of aviation participate in various factors of market competition.Based on the above analysis results,this paper proposes a misplaced management strategy based on ecological location differentiation,a value innovation strategy based on ecological location expansion and a resource expansion strategy based on ecological location expansion,from ecological location market selection,brand building,joint marketing,and route.Alliances and other aspects to improve the market competitiveness of low-cost carrier in China,to achieve the symbiotic win-win situation of low-cost carriers and various entities in China.Finally,taking Spring Airlines as a case,from the perspective of commercial ecosystem,the strategy of Spring Airlines participating in market competition is proposed.This paper has certain theoretical significance for the research of rich commercial ecosystem and low-cost carrier research,and has certain practical guiding significance for China's low-cost carrier competition strategy.
