As the number and scale of China's transportation airports continue to increase,its energy demand continues to rise,and the pressure on transportation airports to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction targets is gradually increasing.In order to alleviate the pressure on the transportation airport,it is urgent to establish a scientific and effective energy monitoring method system to provide an applicable method for energy consumption monitoring of relevant airports to achieve energy consumption control of the transportation airport during the planning period.To this end,this paper proposes a system of energy monitoring methods for a single transport airport,including a series of methods of monitoring,forecasting and controlling for energy consumption.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,it uses the actual energy consumption data of the transportation airport to analyze the energy consumption structure and energy consumption change trend of the transportation airport.It summarizes the influencing factors of energy consumption and points out that the monitoring method should be consistent with the energy usage characteristics of the transportation airport itself.And the monitoring method is designed to lay the foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,the measurement scheme of energy consumption data and the division method of monitoring dimension are introduced,and energy consumption monitoring indicators are selected.From the two perspectives of energy consumption structure and energy consumption change trend,the corresponding monitoring methods are respectively given to achieve the measurement of the effectiveness of the measurement statistics data,and provide data foundation for energy consumption prediction and control method research work.Thirdly,a combined prediction method based on two-step decomposition method and SARIMA is proposed to solve the problem of energy prediction for transportation airports under small sample,nonlinear and non-stationary characteristics.The method uses CEEMDAN-SE-VMD to decompose the original energy consumption time series in two steps.The SARIMA model is used to model the sub-sequences obtained by decomposition,and the predicted values are added to obtain the final result.Finally,an energy consumption control scheme based on deviation analysis is established.The monitoring plan period is divided into multiple sub-control periods,and the total energy consumption target specified by the civil aviation industry is decomposed into sub-target values as the reference value of the sub-control period.By analyzing the deviation between the predicted value and the reference value,the actual value and the reference value,a corresponding pre-event and post-event control scheme is formed to determine the relevant management means and countermeasures.
