| For the most critical precision approach landings in the civil aviation navigation, the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO)has launched the Ground-Based Augmentation System(GBAS)in the Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)to meet the rigorous performance and operational requirements of aircraft precision approaches for navigation systems. The airworthiness certification of the airborne GBAS receiver is an important part of GBAS’s operation. At present, there is no airworthiness standard for airborne GBAS receivers in China. This paper focuses on a series of technical requirements and standard specifications for the GBAS airborne receiver PAN equipment promulgated by the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO),the United States Federal Aviation Administration(FAA)and the American Aeronautical Radio Technical Committee(RTCA).Analyze the working mechanism and main performance indicators of the airborne GBAS receiver, study the relationship between a certain index and related parameters, and then use the corresponding method to design the optimal parameters to achieve the minimum performance standard,in order to provide the technical support for airworthiness standard of the airborne GBAS receiver.Firstly, the composition and working process of the airborne GBAS receiver are introduced. The whole process of the differential position solution and integrity augmentation of the airborne GBAS receiver PAN equipment is described in detail. Then, based on the performance requirements and standard specifications of the PAN equipment in RTCA DO-253 D and TSO-C161 a,study the basic performance indicators of the PAN equipment are studied, which includes initial acquisition time,re-capture time, receiver sensitivity, dynamic range, and pseudorange measurement accuracy.Analyze the variation rules of relevant parameters affecting various indicators, and simulate the key performance parameters accordingly, and Design recommendations for relevant parameters to meet DO-253 D performance requirements. Finally, combined with the working mechanism of the airborne GBAS receiver PAN equipment, and the RTCA DO-253 D requirements for PAN equipment navigation performance indicators, the quality factor, speed accuracy, precision approach guidance output-deviation are analyzed theoretically. The definition and solution process of quality factors are given. The relationship between quality factors and related parameters is simulated and analyzed. The type configuration of ground and airborne GBAS receivers is given to obtain the FOM values that meet the requirements. The experimental simulation proves that GBAS can provide the aircraft with horizontal and vertical guidance that meets Class I precision approach requirements, and the deviation error of airborne PAN equipment is analyzed.By analyzingthe shortcomings in the traditional integrity risk allocation method, utilize Bayesian decision to redistribute the probability of protection level integrity risk, and calculate the missing detection multiplication,to make the protection level calculated by PAN equipment reflect actual vertical position errors. |
