With the growing awareness of environmental protection,Major auto manufacturers have introduced new energy vehicles and hybrid vehicles based on battery power supply.Compared with traditional internal combustion engines,new energy vehicles have not yet fully popularization due to factors such as cruising range and large area of charging piles.Replace the traditional internal combustion engine.With the steady development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,car sales and possession have steadily increased,and traditional internal combustion engine models still account for a large proportion.Therefore,upgrading the emission levels of traditional vehicles has become an important part in reducing environmental pollution in countries around the world.Gasoline Direct Injection(GDI)engines have an increasing market share due to their high performance in terms of power and economy.Particulate emissions from gasoline engines are one of the pollutants that need to be controlled in vehicle emissions,especially for Gasoline Direct Injection(GDI)engines,which emit 10 times more circulating particulate matter than Port Fuel Injection(PFI)engines.With the full implementation of the national VI emission standards,more severe emission standards put forward higher requirements for the GDI engine aftertreatment system.Gasoline Particle Filter(GPF)is a technology that reduces particulate matter emissions from the perspective of post-discharge treatment.Its filtration efficiency is as high as 90%,and it can also effectively control the number of particles.According to the statistics of the market research data of the pre-research stage of the country VI,both PFI and GDI engines have different levels of configuration requirements for GPF.Considering the increasing tightening of future emission regulations,it can be predicted that GPF will become the mainstream of most gasoline vehicle emission control technologies.Program and have broad market application prospects.In this paper,a new 1.5T GDI Gasoline Particle Filter data calibration method is established,and a set of GFP soot load calculation model is designed based on Matlab/Simulink to ensure that the GPF can successfully complete the regeneration process.This paper first analyzes the hazards caused by gasoline engine exhaust particulates and the current research status of GDI engine Gasoline Particle Filter,and introduces the main content and research purposes of this paper.The regeneration control strategy and regeneration technology of the Gasoline Particle Filter are briefly introduced.By building the GPF equipped vehicle platform,the engine exhaust temperature performance under different test cycle conditions is studied,and the passive regeneration capacity and regeneration timing of the GPF are analyzed and evaluated.The bench test was conducted to study the effects of temperature and oxygen concentration parameters on the regeneration characteristics during GPF regeneration,and explains the importance of adding GPF to Gasoline Direct Injection engines.Secondly,the mathematical models of several particle traps,which are widely used at present are analyzed.The mass flow model and mathematical model of Gasoline Particle Filter are established.Finally,the engine bench and the vehicle hub laboratory were built.Based on the calculation requirements in the model,a set of related GPF calibration methods was designed.This article through the analysis of the original mass flow model of GPF soot loading,Record the original emission mass flow rate of the engine under different working conditions of a self-developed 1.5T GDI engine and the relevant correction coefficient of the demand in the simulation model(air-fuel ratio correction coefficient,PM filter efficiency correction coefficient,engine operating water temperature correction coefficient,engine load correction)Coefficient for preliminary calibration.The GPF soot load calculation simulation model was built by Matlab/Simulink,and the model was verified and optimized by road test.With this model,the off-line calibration of GPF soot load calculation can be realized simply,and improve the regeneration control strategy of GPF.The development cost will be helpful to the follow-up establishment of the GPF regeneration control strategy.
