Due to the rapid economic development and the improvement of living standards in recent years,people's pursuit of a better life is getting higher and higher,and they have higher demands for their own living and working environment comfort.The air conditioner has also been rapidly developed due to its ability to adjust and improve the indoor thermal and humid environment.As a building energy-consuming household,air-conditioning consumes nearly half of the total building energy supply.In the air conditioning system,the energy consumption of the dehumidification process is high,and the dehumidification process reduces the energy consumption of the dehumidification process,which is of special significance for building energy conservation and reducing carbon emissions in China.The regeneration process is the core of the temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system adsorption dehumidification cycle,which not only affects the dehumidification performance of the dehumidifier in the process of adsorption and dehumidification,but also affects the COP of the dehumidification system.The energy consumption of the dehumidification material regeneration process is the main energy consumption of the system.Therefore,the form and source of energy consumed by the regeneration process directly affects the energy saving and operation effects of the dehumidification and cooling technology.Microwave regeneration is an efficient and energy-saving regeneration method.This paper designs a fixed dehumidification bed,which uses the adsorption function of solid desiccant silica gel to dehumidify the fixed dehumidification bed.The regeneration process uses microwave radiation solid desiccant silica gel.The dehumidification performance test in this paper can be divided into eight kinds of dehumidification conditions according to the difference of temperature and humidity.The regeneration performance test can be divided into twelve kinds of regeneration conditions according to the microwave power and the quality of the dehumidifier.The test results show that in the dehumidification process,the dehumidification amount of the eight working conditions is at the maximum during the dehumidification start stage,and the dehumidification amount drops sharply in the first 150 minutes.After 150 minutes,the decline rate gradually decreases and finally stabilizes.The maximum dehumidification efficiency is 73.65%,which occurs in the initial stage of dehumidification under the condition of working condition 2(inlet air temperature 20.1?,relative humidity 96.9%).The effective dehumidification time of the fixed dehumidification bed is 300 min.The dehumidification bed is analyzed in the dehumidification process.The variation law of the hourly dehumidification amount obtained the dehumidification calculation model,and the average error between the simulated value and the experimental value was 15.59%.During the regeneration process,with the decrease of microwave power,the effect of the quality change of desiccant silica gel on reducing the moisture content of dry base is weakened.The microwave power is the main influencing factor of the change of dry basis moisture content and maximum regeneration rate during the regeneration of desiccant silica gel;microwave Power is the main factor affecting the maximum regenerability,and the quality of the desiccant is closely related to the maximum regenerability.In the twelve kinds of regenerative conditions,the dry water content of the dry condition 4 is at least5.08%;and the maximum regeneration rate of the working condition 4 is also61.33g/(kg·min);the regeneration condition 8 is stable.The maximum regenerative capacity is 60.10% at the maximum;when the regenerability reaches 20%,the unit energy consumption of working condition 12 is 0.22 kW·h/kg.In this paper,the dynamic model of dehumidification and regeneration process is established,and the Page model and Wang and Singh model are fitted.It is concluded that the regeneration process under microwave irradiation can be predicted by Page model and Wang and Singh model,and verified by verification.The average relative error between the calculated and experimental values of the Page model is 19.19%,and the average relative error between the calculated and experimental values of the Wang and Singh model is 20.05%.
