| Humans have been studying and applying structural damping technology for nearly 30 years.Compared with isolation technology,there are still many problems to be solved in the research and application of structural damping technology.China is one of the countries with frequent earthquakes.Therefore,in order to reduce the disaster caused by earthquakes,more and more applications of shock absorbing energy absorbers have been applied in China in recent years,which also makes our quality requirements for shock absorption products become higher and higher.Based on this,it is particularly important to conduct standardized research on the test method of shock absorbers.At present,due to the different hardware devices of different testing organizations,There are also some differences in the detection methods of the displacement type energy consuming devices,and the detected items and parameters are not exactly the same.The research object of this paper is shear-type mild steel damper and buckling-constrained energy-consuming support.Through the study of them,the experimental standardization method of displacement type energy consuming device is obtained.At present,the research on the energy dissipation of soft steel dampers and buckling constraints has been studied by numerical simulation analysis and experimental methods,but it is rarely able to give a direct calculation formula for the detection parameters,which is inconvenient for the use and promotion of the damper.The yield point is particularly important in the design of isolation and energy damper.Therefore,it is the focus of research to select the appropriate mechanical model to identify the parameters of the test data and directly calculate the yield point,elastic stiffness and yield stiffness of the energy consumer.In this paper,shear-type mild steel energy consuming devices and buckling-constrained energy-consuming supports are used to support the basic mechanical properties test and fatigue test,and the initial data of the test are obtained.Based on the loading system of the force-displacement common control in the specification,it is proposed to use different displacement conditions for loading control.The loading method is easier to control and does not change the hysteresisperformance of the energy consuming device.In the data processing,the bilinear model and the Bouc-Wen model are selected to respectively identify the detection data parameters of the above two displacement type energy consuming devices,and the measured yield point,elastic stiffness and post-yield stiffness of the energy concentrator are mainly identified..In addition,for other performance testing parameters,a simple introduction to the processing method is also carried out,and each measured parameter obtained after processing is compared with each design parameter of the sample to determine whether the quality of the test piece is qualified. |
