Solar energy is recognized as the most important green clean energy in the international community.Photovoltaic power generation is currently the most important form of solar energy utilization.From the perspective of energy sustainability and environmental friendliness,new energy power will gradually replace traditional energy sources and become the basic energy source in China and even the world.Therefore,PV power generation has a very broad development prospect.The mountainous area of China is vast,and the number and scale of mountain PV power plants are huge.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the layout and construction design methods of complex mountain PV arrays.In view of the existing problems in the layout and construction process of complex mountain PV arrays,this paper proposes a complex mountain PV array layout method and a complex mountain PV array construction design method.In the study of PV array layout methods in complex mountainous areas,this paper proposes a formula for calculating the north-south spacing of PV arrays with arbitrary slope and aspect,and uses Arcgis to visualize the north-south spacing of complex mountain PV arrays.It solves the problem that the calculation of the slope of the complex mountain PV array is difficult due to the different slope directions,and the terrain change is complicated,resulting in low terrain recognition.And solved the problem of needing to manually divide the engineering area.In the research of complex mountain PV array construction design method,this paper proposes a universal coordinate conversion formula for any rectangular surface on the surface of PV array.Based on the formula,using Arcgis,Excel,CAD and other engineering software,the coordinate calculation method of PV support column position,the calculation method of PV support length and the method of shadow inspection of PV support are proposed.It solved the problem that the two rows of misalignment of the PV support encountered by the mountain PV power station during construction or the PV bracket beam cannot be installedThis paper uses Yuanmou Banguo mountain PV Power Plant as an engineering example to verify the feasibility of complex mountain PV array layout method andcomplex mountains PV array construction design method.The engineering design precision and efficiency have been greatly improved.
