As the core component of environmentally friendly sand blasting machine,sand blasting machine plays a key role in blasting cleaning efficiency and sand recovery efficiency,and directly affects the cost,energy consumption and volume of blasting machine.Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the erosion wear and jet velocity of nozzles(sprayer parts).Most of them study the structural dimensions of traditional pneumatic nozzles,and generally use finite element simulation software and experiments to change the values to change the relevant dimensions.Parameters to achieve higher injection speeds and improved blasting efficiency.However,ignoring the size of the nozzle structure will also have a greater impact on the uniform dispersion of the sand.There are few studies on the recovery efficiency of sandblasters.Therefore,it is of practical significance to deeply study the influencing factors of the working efficiency and recovery efficiency of the sand blaster.In this paper,improvement measures are proposed to improve the efficiency of jetting and recycling and the uniformity of sand emission.The SolidWorks 3D software is used for modeling,and the flow field analysis of nozzles and sandblasters(composed of nozzles and regenerators)is performed using Fluent software.Particle tracking has achieved some results in improving and optimizing the sandblasting machine.The main work done is as follows:(1)The finite element model of the original nozzle and sand blaster was established.The flow characteristics and the movement speed and trajectory of the sand during the spraying process were simulated by Fluent software.The blasting machine was inefficient,difficult to recycle and sanding.The reason for the divergence inhomogeneity provides a theoretical basis for improving the nozzle.(2)A new type of flat nozzle was designed and feasibility study was carried out.The finite element model of the nozzle under various parameters was established.The expansion angle,throat length,throat width and diffusion angle were simulated by Fluent under different parameters.The influence of sand speed is mainly compared with the values of Mach number,pressure distribution,gas consumption and particle velocity under different parameters,and several key factors affecting the velocity of airflow and sand are obtained.(3)The jetting angle of the sandblaster and the airflow velocity of the recovery port were theoretically described.A new finite element model of the sandblaster was established,and the jet flow of the airflow and sand was simulated using Fluent.Compare and analyze the angle of the sandblaster to find the optimal angle scheme.In order to improve the working efficiency and recovery efficiency of environmentally friendly sand blasting machine,this paper finds the cause of the problem of the original sand blasting device,and designs a new type of sand blasting device(including nozzle and recovery body)from the uniformity of sand material dispersion.It has certain guiding significance for improving the economy of environmentally friendly sand blasting machine,reducing energy consumption and the jet performance and service life of sand blasting machine.
