Construction Controland Monitoring Of Incremental Launching Based On 3G Network For Long-span Continuous Steel Tied Arch Bridge

Because of the continuous progress of human society and the rapid development of science and technology,the span of built bridges has been increased.Steel bridges with the advantages of lightweight,large rigidity,convenient installation and novel structure have been extensively applied.The long-span steel box girders with height section design take incremental launching construction.There are some structural safety risks in the incremental launching construction of steel box girders because the structure system has changed continuously and stress status of structure was complicated.So,it is needed to work study construction control and monitoring in the incremental launching construction.This paper mainly carries out the construction control and monitoring of incremental launching construction for the long-span steel box girder bridges.The main work of this paper based on the engineering background of Kong Li Huai River Bridge is listed as follows:(1)According to the application and development,characteristics of construction on the incremental launching method,the construction program,design of incremented system and temporary structure have been done.(2)The analysis of mechanical behavior of Kong Li Huai River Bridge was carried out buy used of the Midas.civil and ANSYS,two kinds of finite element soft-wares,which provide a reliable basis for construction control and monitoring.(3)The real-time monitoring of stress,strain and displacement of the structure could be got by using 3G network and data acquisition system.And then,stress and deformation of the structure are under the reasonable control in the progress of incremental launching construction.(4)Comparing the theoretical value with the measured value,So,the conformance of program design theoretical analysis and the construction control and monitoring were consistency.
