| The 7-series high-hardness aluminum alloy has become the material of choice for replacing steel in weaponry with its high strength,high hardness and low density.At this stage,the important parts of the various shells,the empennages,have been made of7 series aluminum alloys,which can reduce the overall weight of the shell while ensuring the strength of the empennages.In the actual production,the aluminum alloy empennages are often processed by the stamping method,and the problem that the unevenness of the strips for stamping exceeds the standard leads to a low qualification rate of the finished products of the empennages.In this paper,the strip leveling process is deeply studied,and a new calendering leveling machine is designed to achieve the leveling of the strip for stamping the empennage.Firstly,the three-dimensional modeling of the calendering machine was carried out by using Solidworks software.Based on this,the design ideas of the key components of the designed calendering machine were introduced.Referring to the calculation method of the rolling force of the cold rolled sheet,the rolling force of the aluminum alloy strip leveling process is calculated.The Ansys finite element analysis software is used to perform strength,stiffness check and modal analysis on the designed calendering machine to avoid breakage or severe vibration of the frame under various working environments,and to ensure the safety and stability of the frame.Claim.The Marc finite element analysis software was used to analyze the influence of process parameters such as leveling speed and roll gap size on the unevenness and thickness of the strip after leveling.Considering the influence law of each process parameter on the leveling quality of strips,determine the optimal process parameters of the stripping of a certain empennage stamping,and develop the leveling process optimization software according to the determination process of the best process parameters by Visual Basic..The simulation method and physical test results show that the quality of the strip leveling under the optimized leveling process meets the design requirements.After theactual application of the calendering leveling machine,the stamping pass rate of the empennages is significantly improved. |
