In recent years,under the development trend of Industry 4.0,many enterprises have transformed and upgraded their smart factories.The design of automated logistics systems is to realize the intelligent logistics support of factories.More and more enterprises use multi-storey buildings to increase land use efficiency when building new plants.How to design automated logistics systems to solve material distribution problems across floors and factories is particularly complicated.The article takes the production,study and research cooperation project,two multi-storey buildings in a new plant area of a car electronics company as the research object,and carries out the design of the automated logistics system.The main research contents are as follows.(1)The overall layout of the plant and the description of the logistics.Investigate and describe the company's new plant layout planning,storage form,packaging form,etc.,and determine the storage capacity,material flow and other design requirements of the automated logistics system design.(2)Research on design method of miniload.Coordinated consideration of the single-deep position and double-deep position in the miniload design,normalized the average operation cycle time of the two types of problems,and determined the constraints of the miniload inventory and the ability to enter and exit the warehouse,and saved the land cost is the optimization goal,and the miniload design model is established and the solution method is given.(3)Automated logistics system design.The first is the design of automated warehouse system,using the established miniload design model,under the goal of least cost of land,solving the layout scheme of miniload warehouse lanes with different depths,and taking the automated stereoscopic library throughput as the evaluation index.,select the appropriate miniload design.The second is the design of the transportation system to meet the logistics transportation from the automated to the various workshops and floors,including the logistics route design,the transportation mode design and the peripheral operation zone functiondesign.(4)Research on the allocation method of double deep box auto-stereo library location.The storage strategy of the double-deep miniload is given,and the location allocation model with multi-objective efficiency of library storage and storage stability is established.The multi-objective nonlinear programming algorithm based on genetic algorithm is designed.Verify the feasibility of the model and algorithm.The case design,miniload design method and location allocation model can provide theoretical methods for the construction of automated in the auto parts industry,and have good reference and guiding significance.
