With the improvement of Chinese people’s living standard and the coming of aging society,the medical equipment market in our country is experiencing great development.As an important branch of medicine market,medical equipment market achieved quickly development in recent years.The competition in the industry is fierce.A company should make scientific and rational competition strategy if it wants to achieve its competitive advantage in the fierce competition.The strategy should be based on the external environment and internal resources.Many companies don’t lack scientific and rational competition strategy,however,they still could not achieve their strategic target.The reason is the weak executive power of the strategy.First of all,this paper stated the definition of the strategy and the influence factors of the strategy implementation capability.At the same time,this paper summarized the predecessors’ research on organizational learning theory and competitive advantage theory.Based on the theories,the paper used the PEST model to analyze the external environment and the Poter’s five external environment to analyze the industrial environment of AJ medicine.The current strategy of AJ medicine is differentiation strategy,it is chosen by the top managers who unite the external environment and internal resources of enterprises.The differentiation strategy of AJ medicine leading the company has achieved certain development,but it did not obtain enough competitive advantage and did not realize its strategic goals.Based on the analysis on current situation of AJ medicine’s strategy implementation,the writer found the problems,which are the managers and employers have insufficient understanding on the strategy and the insufficient matching of the enterprise culture and strategy.After analyzing the current situation,problems and the influence factors of the strategy implementation capability,this paper puts forward suggestions for AJ medicine.These suggestions are put forward from four aspects: external environment,managers,company culture and organizational structure.The author of this paper hope to provide some references for the researchers of strategy implementation capability and medical equipment companies.At the same time,the author hope to help the AJ medicine to better implement its technology leadership strategy,contribute to the continuous progress of AJ medicine in the medical equipment industry.However,due to the limited level of the author and the fact that some materials belong to trade secrets are not suitable for the application of this paper,there are some deficiencies in the writing work of this paper.
