With the development of power electronic technology and the continuous progress of integrated circuit manufacturing technology,the application scope of power semiconductor is also expanding,widely used in medical treatment,household appliances,transportation,communication and national defense and other aspects of social life.After decades of development,the power device has experienced with bipolar transistor(BJT)and gate turn-off thyristor(GTO)as the representative of the flow control devices,power MOSFET and insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)as the representative of voltage-controlled device to based on new type semiconductor material SiC and GaN etc.Correspondingly,the power driving circuit has developed from the first board-level circuit built on PCB by discrete devices to the intelligent power integrated circuit which integrates the driving circuit and power devices.It is believed that power semiconductors will have a faster development and a wider application prospect in today's environment with increasing emphasis on energy conservation.The three-phase brushless motor driving circuit involved in this paper is designed based on the CSMC 1?m 600 V BCD process platform.The chip introduces Schmidt trigger in the interface circuit to meet the design requirements of 3.3V CMOS level and 5V TTL level.The power supply voltage amplitude is 10-20 v,and the dc supply voltage is up to 600 V.Under voltage protection,over current protection,over temperature protection and other protection modules are integrated.At the same time,a fault detection logic module is integrated,which greatly improves the safety and reliability of the chip under special circumstances.The circuit adopts high voltage level displacement isolation technology and half-bridge drive technology to realize high voltage drive.This paper first introduces the three-phase brushless drive circuit working principle and function of each module,and use the Synopsys of HSPICE simulation tools to make the necessary simulation test,simulation test and verify module and the overall circuit under the condition of different technological angle and temperature simulation whether can work normally,the simulation results conformed to the circuit design index requirements.Then the layout design of the drive circuit is introduced.Finally,the results of convection chip are tested by a practical test circuit.
