Based on the problem of shrinkage needles in the use of electrical connectors,the intelligent shrink-needle detection device designed by the research team is used for testing.During the acquisition process of the contraction needle signal,it is found that there is noise interference in the typical acquisition signal,which seriously affects the detection accuracy.The analysis shows that the interference components contained in the detection signal are mainly high frequency noise and impulse noise interference.Therefore,for the interference noise suppression technology of the needle detection signal,the following work is done in this paper:First,for the high-frequency noise interference existing in the pinch signal of the electrical connector,the design and simulation analysis of the IIR(Infinite Impulse Response)low-pass digital filter is performed according to the obtained signal bandwidth.In order to obtain a filter with better filtering effect and higher efficiency,Butterworth,Chebyshev and elliptic filters are used to process the contraction signal,and the Butterworth low-pass digital filter is more suitable for electrical connection.Real-time filtering requirements for the pinch signal.Because the Butterworth filter has inherent defects of phase offset and wide transition band,this paper combines the popular intelligent algorithm to optimize the filter coefficients,and simulates the typical shrinkage signal collected in the detection device.The analysis and verification overcomes the system delay caused by the Butterworth filter and further improves the low-pass filtering performance.Secondly,the mechanism of the impulse noise interference in the pinch signal of the electrical connector is discussed.For the typical reduced-needle signal after low-pass filtering,the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the impulse noise signal are studied by the traditional time-frequency analysis method.The main harmonic components are analyzed and verified by the notch filter.Then the wavelet packet decomposition and noise reduction principle is used to deal with the impulse noise,and a good denoising effect is obtained.Secondly,a pulse interference denoising algorithm based on standard deviation is proposed in the paper.By setting the threshold coefficient reasonably,The accurate elimination of the pulsed interference signal is realized.Finally,the integrated wavelet packet denoising method and the standard deviation based pulse interference denoising algorithm are used to study the step noise suppression of the typical shrinking needle signal,and a better denoising effect is obtained.
