In power transmission,substation plays an important role.It communicates transmission and generation links.Its normal work is the basis of ensuring power supply.Substation patrol robot will gradually undertake most of the work of substation patrol.It can detect many power equipment and power lines in substation.The application of inspection robot can not only reduce the cost and improve the quality of inspection,but also carry out inspection in any environment and at any time.The use of inspection robot can truly realize the unattended substation.With the development of technology and the improvement of the performance of inspection robots,inspection robots will have more and more application space in substation inspection.Wireless charging is realized by magnetic field coupling,so there is no direct connection in electricity,and intelligent control,self-charging,flexible security and friction-free wear can be achieved.Because the traditional charging method has some shortcomings in the charging process of inspection robot,this paper designs a wireless charging solution for inspection robot based on radio power transmission technology,which can provide a new choice for charging inspection robot in substation.Firstly,paper discusses the technology of autonomous charging for robots,the status quo of demand analysis for LCL-S ICPT system and wireless charging system at home and abroad,and explains the significance and purpose of this study.Secondly,the basic structure of LCL-S ICPT system and wireless charging system is analyzed,and the LCL-S ICPT resonance compensation technology is improved and optimized.A double-coil ICPT system based on LCS-S is proposed.By adding the magnetic field generated by double-coil induction,the high power output is realized,so as to improve the working efficiency of inspection robot,and the wireless charging of inspection robot is proposed.Design requirements.In addition,the wireless charging mode and docking mode of patrol robot are analyzed concretely.The docking mode combining RFID and infrared docking mode is selected to realize the precise docking between patrol robot and charging pile.The battery of patrol robot is the basis to ensure the normal operation of the robot.Therefore,the lithium battery is used for wireless charging to improve the working time of the patrol robot.Finally,Simulink is used to build the simulation model of the system,and the main circuit,over-current protection circuit,no-load protection circuit and overtemperature protection circuit of the wireless charging of the power grid inspection robot are designed.The simulation environment platform is built to verify the performance of the automatic charging system of the power grid inspection robot,so as to ensure the stability and normal operation of the system.
