The axial piston pump is widely used in various industries of national economy because of its unique advantages of high power density and high efficiency.The distribution pair is one of the important friction pairs o f the axial piston pump.The structure and installation angle of the valve plate directly affect the transient pressure process in the piston chamber of the axial piston pump,and have an important influence on the instantaneous output flow,vibration and noise characteristics of the axial piston pump.In this paper,a closed axial piston variable displacement pump with a displacement of 125 mL/r is taken as the research object.By combining theoretical analysis with numerical simulation,the effects of indexing valve plate angle and different operating conditions on the moment characteristics and instantaneous flow output characteristics of the swash plate of the piston pump are studied.In the first chapter,the background and significance of this study are summarized,and the research status of swash plate axial piston pump at home and abroad and the research progress of indexing valve plate angle at home and abroad are expounded.In the second chapter,the flow area curve of the distributor is calculated and drawn.The transient pressure process mathematical model and the instantaneous output flow mathematical model of the single piston chamber of the axial piston pump are established.The transient pressure process and flow output characteristics of the single piston chamber under different indexing valve plate angles of the distributor are studied.In the third chapter,the influence of indexing valve plate angle on the moment of the swash plate is analyzed,and the locus of the resultant force acting on the swash plate plane under different indexing valve plate angles is plotted.In the fourth chapter,the influence of operating parameters of the piston pump,such as outlet pressure,rotating speed and inclination angle of swash plate,on the pressure,moment of swash plate and instantaneous flow output characteristics of piston cavity is studied.Finally,the paper summarizes the content of the article,points out the lacks in the research and prospects for future research.
