High-frequency sine wave power supply is widely used in arc welding power supply,medical electronics,high voltage dust removal and other fields.In high-frequency sine wave power supply,an important indicator of the performance of the power supply is the total voltage harmonic distortion rate and the stability of the output voltage.The greater the distortion rate of the power supply output voltage,the greater the damage to electrical equipment.The instability of the output voltage will have an impact on the reliable operation of the power supply.Therefore,to obtain a high-frequency sine wave power supply with good performance,the output voltage should not only have a low harmonic content,but should also remain stable.The high-impedance principle of the harmonics of the load resonance technology can obtain a sine wave with low harmonic content.At the same time,the load resonance technology also provides conditions for the soft switching of the high-frequency inverter.The third-order LCC resonance technology can realize wide linearity and load modulation in a small switching frequency range,and can realize soft switching in a full frequency range.Aiming at the harmonic problem of high-frequency sine wave power supply output voltage,the key characteristics of LCC resonance technology in high-frequency sine wave power supply are studied.The harmonic characteristics,voltage gain characteristics and impedance characteristics of the LCC resonant circuit are deeply studied.The effects of various resonance parameters on the output voltage and the operating state of the inverter are analyzed.The parameter design steps of high-frequency sine wave power supply based on LCC resonance technology are given,and the LCC resonance parameters are optimized.In order to make the output voltage more stable,the Buck closed-loop voltage regulator circuit is added.The simulation model of high-frequency sine wave power supply based on LCC resonance technology is established and the simulation results are analyzed.Finally,the hardware experiment platform of high-frequency sine wave power supply is built,the correctness of theory and simulation and the achievability of the scheme are verified.
