In the fields of aerospace,industrial robot,numerical control machine tool and rail transit,permanent magnet synchronous motors have been widely used due to their high power density,simple structure,high efficiency and large torque inertia ratio.In recent years,model predictive control has been widely used in power electronic converters and motor drives due to its intuitive modeling,fast dynamic response and easy multi-target control.The predictive speed control strategy can achieve the simultaneous control of motor speed and motor current.This control structure is beneficial to improve the dynamic performance of the system.However,the predictive speed control strategy is essentially a model-based control strategy.Its system performance is directly related to the model accuracy.The load torque variation and the uncertainty of the model parameter in the actual motor drive control system will cause the prediction model to not match the actual model.The prediction model mismatch has adverse effects on the dynamic performance and steady-state performance of the predicted speed control strategy.In this paper,aiming at the problem of the predictive model mismatch of the predictive speed control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor,a robust predictive speed control strategy is studied.This strategy uses two reduced-order extended state observers to estimate the state variables and lumped disturbances of the system.The state variables and lumped disturbances are used to compensate the prediction model in real time.The compensated prediction model is then used to predict the state variables of the system to enhance the parameter robustness of the control system.Meanwhile,this strategy also directly considers the load torque disturbance in the cost function design to improve the load disturbance suppression ability of the control system.In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the robust predictive speed control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor studied in this paper,the simulation and experimental research on the robust predictive speed control strategy are carried out in this paper.The simulation and experimental results both show that compared with the predictive speed control strategy,the robust predictive speed control strategy studied in this paper has better anti-load disturbance ability and stronger parameter robustness.
