Research On The Architecture Space Of Folk Belief In Huangzhuang Traditional Village,Lingchuan County,Southeast Of Shanxi Province

Traditional villages are the root of traditional culture.Since ancient times,the village form is centered on folk belief architectures.Folk belief is the core content of traditional village and traditional culture.As a non-material culture,folk belief can be expressed only by the carrier of material space.Therefore,the architectural space of folk belief,as an important material carrier of folk belief,plays a very important role.It not only reflects the local exquisite architectural technology and art,reflects the traditional architectural culture,but also expresses the traditional non-material culture,and carries the folk belief so that the folk belief culture is better passed on in the living state.But in the modernization drive and under the tide of urbanization,folk belief and its architectural space carrier are faced with many difficulties,and their survival and development encounter serious obstacles.Southeast of Shanxi Province is the largest number of traditional villages in Shanxi Province and the most profound historical culture area.In this thesis,use Southeast of Shanxi Province as the object of study.This thesis taking architecture,landscape geomancy,folklore,sociology and other subjects as thetheoretical guidance,using field research,literature collection,graphical analysis,digital simulation as research method.And through the concrete research on the architecture space of folk belief of Huangzhuang traditional village in Lingchuan county of southeast Shanxi,the thesis fully excavates the organic fusion between all kinds of architecture spaces of folk belief and village in the traditional village of southeast Shanxi.It also reveals its close relationship with the rural society and villagers’ life,which is completely different from the construction way of the temple separated from the environment in the contemporary new countryside.The thesis is divided into four parts for analysis around this center:The first part is the basic situation analysis.This part introduces the natural environment and humanistic environment of southeast Shanxi and Huangzhuang Village,and studies its influence on the emergence and development of folk beliefs.Furthermore,this part summarizes the attributes,system,characteristics and categories of folk belief and its architectural space,and constructs the architectural space pedigree of folk belief.The second part is the concrete content analysis.First of all,author deeply discusses the diversity of the architectural spaces of folk belief and the belief components in the traditional residence of Huangzhuang village,it permeates into the construction process of the residential buildings.And analyzes the relationship between the folk belief architecture and the residential building,and involves the utilization situation of the contemporary.Then elaborates the spaceconstitution characteristic of public belief architectures,including the village temple,the ancestral hall,the stage and so on.The third part is relevance research.This part in-depth analyses the dependence relationship between the architectural spaces of folk belief and street space,overall village pattern,geomancy,natural environment,rural landscape in Huangzhuang village.Then this part has a deeper discussion on the relationship between the architectural spaces of folk belief and villagers’ life and folk custom activities in combination with folklore,sociology and other subjects.The fourth part is the contemporary protection and utilization.On the basis of analyzing the contemporary meanings and the various kinds of difficulties of the architectural space of the folk belief,the part explores the way of solving the problem from the essence of the problem,and puts forward the reasonable mode about the protection and utilization of the architectural spaces of folk belief in the traditional villages.This topic is a unique perspective of research anout traditional villages,folk beliefs,architectural spaces.And it helps to protect and inherit the traditional material culture and intangible culture,and has a certain reference significance for the protection of traditional villages and the construction of contemporary new countryside.
