Based on the 16V128 diesel engine which was developed by Shanghai Youngfor Power Co.,Ltd,this dissertation studies on the design and improving of this crankshaft system.This is complicated geometry and boundary crankshaft with long length,and it is not only suffered on bending load and torsional load,but also has a very serious stress concentration phenomenon,especially the excessive fillet in the journal.Therefore,this dissertation studies on the intensity and torsional vibration of the crankshaft,and it put forward the solution to the perfection of the crankshaft.Firstly,this dissertation analyzes the structure of the crankshaft by full support with less disturbance and designs two kinds of balanced block crankshaft.It is obtained the natural frequencies and modes of the crankshaft system in free state and constrained state and analyzes the relationship between the location of counterbalance and the natural frequency of the crankshaft by comparative analysis of modal analysis through AVL-Shaft Modeler;By the phase analysis on torsional moment,the main harmonic of the crankshaft is 8 order,the second harmonic is 4 order and 12 order.The torsional vibration,dynamic response and fatigue strength of the crankshaft are analyzed by AVL-Designer,The result shows that the 6 balance block has a lower torsion angle and a higher safety factor.Finally,the 6 balanced block crankshaft is determined as the optimum scheme.At last,this dissertation puts forward some optimal improvement scheme of crankshaft,through the orthogonal text to improve the crankshaft fillet,combined the hollow crankshaft fillet to improve the safety factor of crankshaft system,the result showes that the overall score was increased by 22.47%;moreover,this comparative analysis of different silicone oil shock absorber damping to provide some references for the further application of 16V128 diesel engine.
