The structure modules are widely used in AP1000 Passive reactor building and auxiliary building.Until now there is no proper code for the mechanical reaction of these kind of structure type.Besides,in the inner structure of reactor building there are some hazardous thermal loads. The non-linear analysis method has to be used to acquire the real stress distribution while the linear analysis is too conservative. But the non-linear analysis usually has a great computational cost and could not meet the schedule requirement in the design process.Trough the researching, this subject considers the common thermal load of the steel-concrete beam module and processes the 2D heat transform analysis. Then 3D linear or non-linear finite element heat-mechanic analysis methods are given base on the common heat-mechanic analysis. After the linear and non-linear analysis, the results are gathered and analyzed. The results of thermal-mechanic results of the linear and non-linear analysis are compared and the reduction factor of the linear result is acquired. This factor could be used in the engineering design process to reduce the linear result and get the approximate results of the non-linear result. This factor could be a technical reserve to improve the design efficiency.
