Supercritical water reactor(SCWR)is recommended by GIF because of the advantages of high safety,compact structure,good econmy and sustainability.etc.It is the only water-cooled reactor among the six kinds of reactors.Plenty of countries and regions,such as Japan,USA,Europe,Germany and China,have carried intensive research on SCWR.The research on thermal-hydraulic experiment of supercritical water in china has achieved the international leading position.The simulation experiment of SCWR was carried out on the multifunctional experiment platform of supercritical water built by Shanghai Jiao Tong University.The flow and heat transfer characteristics of multi channels and multi rod bundles supercritical water was simulated by simplified design of double process 2 x 2 rod bundles experimental body,and the influence of different thermal-hydraulic parameters on heat transfer was studied.The 21 groups of steady state test data were obtained,and the results are as follows:1.Due to the temperature difference,the heat of high temperature cooling water from the second channel transferred to the first chaneel through the rectangular metal wall.2.Under different working conditions,the supercritical water heat transfer law of four rods in the second process is similar to that of single tube.The phenomena of normal heat transfer,heat transfer enhancement and heat transfer deterioration are observed.3.Twelve calculation formulas of supercritical water were compared in the literature.The prediction results of Jackson,Cheng and Bishop are more accurate.These formulas are recommended to calculate the supercritical fluid in rod bundles.The experimental data obtained in this experimental research can provide validation for CFD analysis and sub-channel analysis of flow and heat transfer of supercritical water in rod bundles.
