Aero-engine inlet system icing has significant effects on flight safety.Flying Under the condition of icing,the fan blade will be damaged and deformed by the shed ice impact s.The damage shortens the fatigue life of fan blade,the plastic deformation descends aerodynamic performance of blades.Thus the thrust of aero engine will drop and affects flight safety.The ice impact resistance ability of the aero engine was requested by the clause of "33.77 Foreign object ingestion--ice" in Aero engine airworthiness regulations CCAR 33-R2.Therefore,it is necessary to study the numerical simulation method of blade ice impact,and to provide the key parameters for the test of the fan blade ice collision resistance.Aiming at the fan blade ice impact problem,the requirement of airworthiness and AC was analyzed,the impact parameter was derived.the ice velocity and impact energy was determined,and the attitude of ice slab was defined.In order to make the simulation more accuracy,the dynamic characteristics of ice obtained by using air cannon to launch ice slab on a rigid target,the ice model using SPH method was calibrated.Through the ice impact test of stationary fan blade,the correspondent simulation model is calibrated.Thought simulation,the dynamic process of ice impact is described,and the deformation and strain time history curve is obtained.On this basis,using the explicit dynamic fem software and parameter optimization software,the ice impact simulation model of rotating blade is established,the critical point analysis of ice impact hazard pose is obtained,and the attitude parameter of Ice slab which results in the biggest deformation of fan blade is found.In this paper,based on the study of the numerical simulation of the fan blade ice impact,the numerical simulation model of the fan blade ice impact is calibrated.and the numerical simulation method that conforms to the airworthiness requirement is established.The key attitude parameters of the ice slab required by the airworthiness test are obtained.With the effort in this paper,the success rate of the airworthiness forensics test is improved,the test quantity is reduced,and the experimental cost is saved.
