With the increasing popularity of the vehicle,there are endless of road traffic problems,such as vehicle congestion,traffic accidents,vehicle violations and stolen events,which have caused enormous economic and life losses to the society.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the traffic management level and to guide and manage the vehicle traffic effectively.Aiming at the reality of the low intelligence level of traffic management system in our country,in the context of the research of project "vehicle identification and monitoring system platform",with the data of the massive vehicle trajectories collected by the system,in order to solve the demand of vehicle data in urban hotspot path,this paper focuses on the realization of path planning algorithm,the rapid identification of vehicle multi-label anti-collision and the design of monitoring platform.The main work of this design is as follows:(1)Design a path planning algorithm for path search.Based on the selected taxi data of Shanghai,the clustering algorithm is used to solve the imbalance of the trajectory data.Aiming at some shortcomings in the current spectral clustering algorithm,this paper proposes an improved spectral clustering algorithm,which uses the information entropy theory to optimize the Gaussian kernel scale parameters and can automatically select the optimal number of clusters.Finally,the concept of local hierarchical network is proposed to study the path planning problem in complex road network.Experiments show that the path planning algorithm proposed in this paper has certain enforceability.(2)Design the anti-collision algorithm,in fact,there are often more than one vehicles in the work area of the reader at the same time,so it required that the reader has the ability of multi-label rapid reading.In this paper,an improved anti-collision algorithm that adaptive N-tree algorithm based on collision bit is proposed.The algorithm combines the advantages of several classical algorithms,it can improve the recognition efficiency significantly in theory.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has higher recognition efficiency than the existing anti-collision algorithms.(3)The background monitoring system and database software is designed.The monitoring platform has the function of real-time monitoring,alarm recording,path tracking and so on.At present,the system has played a positive role in promoting the intelligentize of traffic management for its function of Real-time monitoring.
