With the development of spectral detection technology,miniature near infrared spectrometer has been widely used in aerospace,environmental monitoring,food safety and other fields because of its small size,non-contact,high efficiency and convenience.In this paper,a two-tube wide-spectrum micro-NIR spectrometer based on MOEMS scanning grating micromirror developed by Chongqing University Microsystem Center is studied,and a special software system for the spectrometer is developed,which has a clear demand background.Based on the analysis of the development of micro near infrared spectrometer and its special software at home and abroad,the design scheme of the special software system for micro near infrared spectrometer with dual single-tube detection based on MOEMS scanned grating micro-mirror is proposed.The research on spectral signal processing,spectral calibration and spectral splicing is carried out.The special software system for micro near infrared spectrometer is designed.The special software system is tested and analyzed.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)To analyze the research status and shortcomings of micro near infrared spectrometer and its special software at home and abroad,and to determine the research objectives and contents of the paper;(2)Study the working principle and signal acquisition and processing method of the dual single-tube detection wide-spectrum micro-near infrared spectrometer based on MOEMS scanning grating micromirror,complete the requirement analysis of the special software system of the spectrometer;(3)Study the processing methods of spectral signal and angular sensor signal,realize the noise suppression of dual single-tube detector spectral signal and angular sensor signal,and use angular sensor signal to complete the calibration of dual single-tube detector spectral signal and the splicing of dual-spectrum;(4)Put forward the overall structure and work flow of the software system.Using the development mode based on C++ and Python mixed programming,build the programming development environment,realize the function of each module of the special software system,and publish the executable program of the special software system.(5)Testing and analyzing the functions of each module of the special software system for spectrometer are carried out.The results show that the special software system for spectrometer designed in this paper can meet the application requirements of the dual single-tube detection wide-spectrum micro-near infrared spectrometer based on MOEMS scanning grating micro-mirror.
