The fire smoke detector is an important equipment to ensure the safety of the aircraft which mainly used to detect the fire precursors in the cargo hold during the flight of the aircraft.In order to solve the problem of the high false alarm rate of the aircraft cargo fire detector caused by the dust and water vapor particles in the air,a multi-sensor composite aircraft cargo fire detection method was proposed.It is of great significance to improve the accuracy of aircraft cargo fire detection by obtaining comprehensive smoke,temperature and gas information to judge the fire occurrence.Firstly,analyzed the interference mechanism of various fire false alarms.Based on the theory of light scattering and the study of particle size,the traditional smoke detector was improved into a double wavelength photoelectric smoke detector.A composite fire detection device including dual wavelength photoelectric smoke sensor,temperature sensor and CO sensor was built,and corresponding fire detection system software was designed to provide a software monitoring platform for fire detection.Then a large number of true and false fire source fire experiments were carried out to collect the characteristic parameters of smoke concentration,temperature and CO concentration during the fire and then the experimental data were analyzed.Finally,the artificial neural network algorithm in pattern recognition technology was used to process the collected data,and genetic algorithm was used to optimize the initial weight and threshold of the neural network to realize the final identification of fire types.Through the experimental test,compared with the traditional fire smoke detector,the alarm accuracy of multi-sensor detection device embedded with dual-wavelength photoelectric smoke detector can eliminate the interference source according to the particle size and reduce the false alarm rate,the relative error of the interference source identification is not more than 5.7%,which is very practical in the fire detection of aircraft cargo compartment.
