In recent years,with the continuous development of wireless LAN,people's demand for location-based services is rising,WLAN-based indoor positioning technology has become a research hotspot and focus in this field.Firstly,based on the analysis of the current research situation of indoor positioning at home and abroad,this paper studies the characteristics of the positioning environment of the large airport terminal,and points out the factors that affect the positioning effect in the terminal environment.Secondly,an indoor positioning algorithm based on spectral regression kernel discriminant analysis(SRKDA)and weighted K near neighbor(WKNN)is proposed,which is called SRKDA-WKNN algorithm,aiming at the outstanding problem of the influence positioning effect of large passenger flow in the terminal environment.In this algorithm,the received signal strength(RSS)data collected in off-line phase is taken as fingerprint data and processed by SRKDA.Then,the processed fingerprint data and location information are combined to form a feature fingerprint database.In the online stage,the RSS data collected by the terminal to be located will also be SRKDA processed to form the characteristic fingerprint data,and the feature fingerprint library established in the offline phase is matched by the WKNN algorithm,which is used to estimate the position.Experimental results show that the algorithm has high positioning accuracy and low average error.Finally,a localization algorithm based on RSS feature extension is proposed to solve the problem of large positioning error caused by the widespread non-line-of-sight communication environment in the terminal building.This algorithm improves the SRKDA-WKNN algorithm,first using the least squares support vector machine regression model to estimate the distance from the end to the access point,then the estimated distance and RSS data are used as fingerprint data,and then using the idea of indoor positioning algorithm based on SRKDA-WKNN to estimate the position.Experimental results show that the algorithm is further improved compared with the positioning effect of the indoor positioning algorithm based on SRKDA-WKNN.
