Permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM)is widely used by motor scholars all over the world because of its simple structure,small overshoot,good robustness and small size,and has been widely used in various fields.The research content of this paper is PMSM vector control based on fractional sliding mode control structure.Firstly,based on the mathematical model of PMSM,this paper introduces the mathematical model of PMSM,its vector control theory and the basic principle of flux linkage control technology.Secondly,this paper chooses4)~*=0 as the control strategy to design the vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor under speed-current double closed-loop control.In the field of motor,the most we come into contact with is probably the PID control technology.However,with the deepening of application,the development of technology and the improvement of product requirements,coupled with the non-linearity and complexity of permanent magnet synchronous motor itself,the traditional PID control can not keep up with people's requirements for motor control characteristics.Sliding mode variable structure has the characteristics of simple implementation and good robustness,but at the same time it also produces the hazards of chattering.On the basis of it,this paper combines fractional calculus theory with sliding mode theory.By analyzing the advantages of fractional calculus,the formula of fast power approaching rate and sliding surface is improved through the slow transmission ability of fractional calculus theory,so as to improve the shortcomings of sliding mode variable structure.Supported by this theory,a new fractional order sliding mode control(FOSMC)is designed through detailed derivation to improve the dynamic performance of the speed control system and reduce chattering.The control method is based on the difference between the speed in the motor operation and the set speed target value.The control method is based on the difference between the speed of the motor in operation and the set target speed.Then,the fractional sliding mode controller,the traditional sliding mode controller and the ordinary PID controller are simulated by MTALAB,and the three experimental results are analyzed and compared.The result shows that the PMSM control method based on fractional sliding mode variable structure is superior to the traditional PID control method and the traditional sliding mode variable structure control method.Compared with the other two control methods,the fractional sliding mode variable structure control method has the characteristics of small overshoot,fast response and small fluctuation.Although it slightly reduces the stability of sliding mode variable structure,it greatly weakens the chattering problem and has good comprehensive performance.Finally,on the basis of Derivation formula and Keil uVision 5 as software platform,the experimental platform of fractional sliding mode variable structure control for permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulation system is established.The fractional sliding mode controller designed in this paper is verified.The experimental results show that the proposed control method is effective.
