Because the small current grounding system used in China's distribution network has the characteristics of small steady-state grounding current after single-phase grounding fault,it is difficult for the fault detecting device to judge the occurrence of single-phase grounding fault;on the other hand,there are many types of fault location devices developed for single-phase ground fault detection in distribution networks in China.No matter whether the detection principle or the communication method is completely unified,the fault location system of the distribution network is added.Difficulty in construction and maintenance;at the same time,The IEC 60870-5-101/104 communication protocol based on "point-oriented" description method is widely used in domestic distribution network fault location system,which can only be used as a tool protocol for data transmission;the device cannot achieve "self-description" of functions and data,resulting in poor interoperability among different devices in distribution network,further increasing the cost of system construction and operation.In 2016,the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)released the fir st two parts of the IEC 62689 series of standards and a technical document that applies the object-oriented modeling concept of the IEC 61850 series of standar ds to the field of intelligent distribution network distribution.The IEC 61850-90-6 technical document issued later is used as the guiding standard for IEC 61850 in the field of intelligent power distribution.Applying the modeling idea of IEC61850 standards to the distribution network fault location system,the communic ation model of different manufacturers and different types of devices can be unif ied to realize the self-description function of the device;effectively improve the interoperability of the distribution network fault location system,Reduce the diffi culty of construction and operation of the system.Therefore,this paper analyzes the standard system of IEC 61850 standard and its research status in the field of intelligent distribution network;studies the fault judgment principle of transient recording type fault indicator,gives the quantitative criterion index,and adopts theory The two criteria are used to verify the given criteria.Combined with the IEC TR 62689-100 technical report,the information modeling idea of IEC 61850 is used to analyze the information interaction process when various faults occur in the distribution network fault location system.In order to solve the problem of increasingpower supply caused by the large communication capacity of IEC 61850,this paper regards the acquisition unit and the collection unit as a whole as the transient recording type fault location device of the distribution network,and establishes corresponding the corresponding logical device model.The information model of the transient recording type fault indicator in real-time implementation of single-phase ground fault detection and fault section indication function is obtained.The Altova XML Spy2013 programming software establishes the ICD configuration file of the transient recording type fault locating device.Finally,the well-formed test of the established ICD configuration file,the XML Schema validity verification of the file and the self-description correctness of the device model are performed.Verify the verification of the three aspects and demonstrate the correctness of the configuration file and the information interaction model.
