The ubiquitous power Internet of things utilizes terminal to edge,edge to network,and network to application architecture.The group-based intelligent perception technology is mainly used in the whole chain of power grid production and operation,enterprise operation and management and customer customization service,which could achieve the degree of comprehensive perception,ubiquitous connection,integration and sharing,and precise application.Power wireless private network is an important part of the ubiquitous power Internet of things,mainly carrying electricity information collection,power load control and power distribution automation and other power communication services.For a long time,the power wireless private network has been built in batches and updated many times,resulting in that original parameters and records of base station configuration and terminal installation are extremely incomplete.Due to the lack of scientific and effective centralized management platform for standardized management and operation and maintenance of base stations and terminals,there has been a lack of scientific basis for equipment staffing,instrument and instrument configuration and maintenance assignment.This paper designs and develops a set of centralized management system for power wireless private network,which aims to realize the quick query and gis-based visualization of various base station locations,base station configurations,geographic location of terminal equipment,ownership base station,working frequency and transmitting power,and optimize the work assigned by maintenance operations.And the radio wave coverage prediction and analysis functions of various base stations are provided in the system to provide scientific guidance for the site selection of new base stations and the relocation of original base stations,In order to ensure the power wireless private network management,maintenance and capacity expansion planning,construction of the timeliness and scientific.Combined with the actual needs of power wireless private network construction,management and operation and maintenance,the centralized management system designed in this paper has the functions of basic information maintenance and resource management which includes base station,terminal,frequency and power.It can not only manage the working frequency,transmitting power,antenna gain,geographic information and other configuration parameters,but also be capable of adjusting and distributing configuration parameters as well as predicting and analyzing basestation radio coverage.According to the three-layer network architecture adopted by the power wireless private network,the centralized management system is divided into four subsystems,which includes the aggregation base station management,the ground base station management,the terminal equipment management and the coverage prediction and analysis.Among them,the aggregation base station subsystem is responsible for the location,configuration,coverage query and visualization of the aggregation base station.The ground base station subsystem is responsible for the ground base station location,configuration,coverage query and visual presentation.The terminal equipment subsystem is mainly responsible for the position of terminal equipment,ownership of base station,working frequency point,transmission power query,data update and visual presentation.And The coverage prediction and analysis subsystem is mainly responsible for the radio wave coverage prediction and analysis of the aggregation base station and the ground base station,and unified planning of the network topology structure and network configuration parameters according to the compilation information and available communication resources,so as to guide the deployment and optimization of the power wireless private network.Finally,the practicability of the centralized management system designed and developed in this paper is verified by an example.
