Buoys are important navigational aids,which play an important role in piloting and navigating ships.By marking the direction,boundary and obstacles of the channel,buoys provide a safe,smooth and reliable channel for water transportation.The underwater riverbed of inland waterway has complex topography and frequent changes.How to correctly arrange and distribute buoys and keep them in a reasonable position has become one of the important work for waterway department.The traditional buoy planning adjusts the position of the buoys based on the water level data predicted by the artificial experience.This process is highly dependent on artificial experience,and the work efficiency is low.It can not meet the requirements of high-quality and high-efficiency for buoy planning.Therefore,there is an urgent need to use modern information technology to assist staff to carry out buoy planning,improve work efficiency,and improve the quality of digital channel maintenance.Aiming at the requirement of efficient,accurate and automatic buoy planning for Waterway Management departments,the thesis focuses on water level prediction and buoy position checking technology in the course of buoy planning,and comprehensively uses the water level prediction algorithm,buoy position automatic checking technology and.NET technology to realize automatic generation of aided information of buoy planning,assist staff in decision analysis,improve work efficiency,and promote the transformation of waterway maintenance from digitalization to intellectualization.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the acquisition method and storage method of hydrological data of Chongqing Waterway Bureau,aiming at the problems of large amount of data acquisition,inefficient storage and inconvenient management,a data acquisition system based on WebService is established to realize the automatic storage and acquisition of data and improve the management efficiency of water level data.(2)Aiming at the problems of low accuracy of water level prediction and high dependence on artificial experience in the buoy planning,deep learning is used to mine the historical hydrological data of Chongqing Waterway Bureau,and the long short-term memory networks water level prediction model is established to improve the water level prediction accuracy,reduce manual intervention and reduce the dependence on artificial experience.(3)Study the buoy position checking technology in the process of buoy planning.The dynamic depth correction algorithm and Delaunay triangulation network boundary extraction algorithm are used to realize automatic buoy position checking,and to assist staff in decision-making and analysis.(4)Based on the digital channel operation and maintenance service system,establish a support system for buoy planning based on water level prediction,design the data table and specific workflow of water level prediction and buoy position checking,and use HTML,AJAX,JS and.NET technology implements this feature.After preliminary testing,through the design and development of the support system for buoy planning,it can assist staff to make decision of buoy planning,and improve the efficiency of buoy maintenance and management.
