The traditional production method of military explosive device in China was mostly manual,and the production method and technical level lag behind those of western developed countries.And military detonating cords require the high precision and stability,but there is no mature automation equipment for production in China.So aiming at the critical technical problem of the blanking production of the detonating cord,the equipment for automatic feeding,pulling and cutting of detonating cords was designed to improve the production efficiency of the detonating cord and the consistency of product quality.In view of the production process,process characteristic and functional requirement of the detonating cord,the following work was carried out.Starting from the actual production,analyzing the process flow and parameter requirement of the production process of the blanking production of the detonating cord,determining the overall function of the equipment,using the modular design idea,carrying out the overall design,determining the control system around the S7-1200 PLC controller and achieving the electrical design.For the main module of the detonating cord blanking,such as the automatic feeding module,cable drawing module,cutting module,coding module,alarm module,etc.,developing the detailed design and determining the actuator type,sensor type and control algorithm.In order to meet needs of production control,running the management platform network communication with the upper industrial computer Labview to complete the production task,automatic delivery of production parameters,automatic upload of the process data and automatic generation of product reports.For the control difficulty in the operation of the equipment: The ambient temperature varies greatly in different seasons,and the exhaust of the purifier makes the ambient disturbance greatly disturb the effect of temperature control.It is necessary to consider the influence of the change of ambient disturbance on temperature control in heating process.Therefore,a PID control system based on exponential convergence disturbance observer is designed to complete the temperature control of the system.Finally,the operation of the blanking control system of the detonating cord was analyzed,including the feeding module,the cable drawing module,the coding module and the temperature control module.The results show that the system realizes the wire feeding,pulling,measuring,cutting,temperature control and other functions,The finished detonating cord blanking control system meets the design requirements and is put into practical production.
