With people's attention to indoor environmental quality, the real-time monitoring platform for indoor environmental parameters emerges at the historic moment. However, there is no specification or standard for indoor environmental parameters monitoring at present, and the arrangement method of monitoring points has become an urgent problem to be solved. If the monitoring points are arranged according to evaluation standard for indoor thermal environment in civil buildings, multiple sensors need to be arranged in the active area of the room or do field sampling by personnel, which will hinder the normal activities of people in the room and fail to meet the requirements of real-time continuous monitoring. In view of this it becomes practical to place one or a few monitoring points in areas in the room which do not affect personnel activities. In this paper,a floor radiant heating and cooling office is taken as the research object.Aiming at the problem of realtime indoor temperature monitoring, the optimal layout of temperature monitoring points is discussed. The measured temperature of the selected monitoring points can reflect the average temperature level of the whole office. This article first chooses chongqing university institute of urban construction and environmental engineering lab building radiant heating and cooling of the laboratory as the research object, doing floor radiant heating and cooling experiment in the room, analyzeing the interior personnel activity area average temperature, the vertical and horizontal temperature distribution and the average surface temperature in retaining structure under different water supply temperature. Then CFD simulation is carried out with the measured data and verify the accuracy of CFD model through the measured data. Finally, through CFD simulation, the temperature distribution near the wall is studied, and the temperature monitoring points are arranged near the wall, and the influence of floor temperature, outdoor temperature and indoor heat source on the average temperature monitoring point layout range in the indoor activity area is analyzed. Finally,a method of monitoring the average temperature of indoor personnel activity area for floor radiant heating and cooling office is obtained. In winter, when the monitoring point is placed in the side wall for radiant floor heating, the monitoring point should be placed at a height of more than 2.0m to a ceiling of less than 0.1m,and the distance from the outer wall is greater than 1.6m,and the distance from the inner wall is greater than 1.4m.The monitoring point should be no less than 0.1m from the side wall. When monitoring points are arranged in the roof, the monitoring points should be more than 1.6m from the outer wall,1.4m from the inner wall,no less than 0.1m from the side wall, and 0.1m from the roof. The monitoring points should be fixed in the roof with a support. The monitoring point is 0.1m away from the roof, which is connected with the roof through the support. In summer, when the floor is radiated and cooled, the monitoring points should be arranged from the height of the side wall above 2.0m to the ceiling below 0.1m,and the distance from the outer wall is greater than 1.1m,and the distance from the inner wall is greater than 0.1m.Take the common monitoring point layout range of floor radiant heating in winter and floor radiant cooling in summer, and finally obtain that the temperature monitoring point of the office using floor radiant heating and cooling should be arranged in the range from the side wall height of more than 2.0m to the ceiling height of less than 0.1m,and the distance from the outer wall of more than 1.6m and the distance from the inner wall of more than 1.4m.The measured temperature and indoor personnel activity area of temperature monitoring error is less than 0.5 ? and do not affect indoor personal normal activity.
