In high-end manufacturing,the cleanliness and manufacturing accuracy of parts are the two core indicators that affect product performance.If the cleanliness of the parts is not up to standard,the aircraft landing gear cannot be retracted,the missile deviates from the target,the high-speed rail brake fails,and the car cannot switch gears.Therefore,in the fields of aviation,aerospace,high-speed rail manufacturing,automobile industry,etc.,cleanliness The requirements are getting higher and higher.At present,China's auto transmission industry is totally behind the developed countries in the West.One of the reasons is that the cleanliness of the core parts of the automatic transmission is not up to standard.Therefore,based on the method of high-pressure cleaning,the system research on the cleanliness control of the automatic transmission valve body is carried out.High-pressure cleaning is a green and clean method for cleaning cleanliness.For the simple and blind problem of high-pressure cleaning parameters,this paper seeks the optimal jet parameters by analyzing the structural characteristics and dynamic characteristics of water jets,combined with the cleaning mechanism of water jets.Combined with the cleanliness cleaning process,high pressure cleaning is used to improve the cleanliness of the valve body.The cleaning test platform and the high-pressure cleaning nozzle were taken as the research object to simulate the jet environment of the actual cleaning process.Based on the Realizable turbulence model and the Mixture two-phase flow model,a simulation model of the nozzle cleaning jet was established to analyze the nozzle flow field characteristics under different inlet pressures.The attenuation law and distribution characteristics of the nozzle flow field parameters are obtained,and the relationship between the inlet pressure and the axial dynamic pressure and the outlet velocity is established.The optimal jet target distance and the maximum cleaning range are derived by using the critical dynamic pressure as the effective cleaning standard.The high pressure nozzle has good jet cleaning performance,but the cleaning efficiency is low,which is suitable for targeted cleaning.The desired depth of cut by water jet cleaning technology is close to zero and the interaction of the jet with the material must be considered.Based on the coupled ABAQUS software,the coupled Euler-Lagrangian method(CEL)combined with the Johnson-Cook material model was used to establish a fluid-solid coupling finite element model of the water jet impingement valve body.Taking the jet pressure and the target plate structure as variables,the water jet impact characteristics were studied.The impact pressure and geometric deformation of the valve plate under different cleaning pressures and different target plate structures were obtained.The safe cleaning parameters were determined and the water jet was established.The mechanical relationship of component interactions.For the cleaning requirements of the automatic transmission valve body,analyze the working principle of the high-pressure cleaning equipment,select the optimal jet parameters according to the simulation analysis,and combine the cleanliness cleaning process to perform high-pressure cleaning experiments on the valve body and determine the cleanliness of the valve body before and after cleaning.The test result is cleanliness level 6,indicating that high pressure cleaning can improve the cleanliness of the valve body to a higher level.
