The personalized customized service of automobile will be a competitive focus in the future automobile manufacturing industry.So personalized customized service means that different models,different colors and different configurations of the car will be made in one production line at the same time.In this mixed flow production mode,the traditional way of production scheduling is difficult to make an economical and efficient production scheduling plan.Therefore,this paper will model the whole vehicle production process,extract the characteristics of the production queue in different workshops as the optimization objective of the model,and design a set of hybrid heuristic algorithm for solving,finally,verify the effectiveness of the model and the advantages of the algorithm by comparing the algorithm in this paper with the traditional scheduling method.This paper take Chang'an automobile's assembly workshop,painting workshop,welding workshop,PBS buffer platform,WBS buffer platform as the object,established order scheduling model of three flow shop and car body dispatching model of two buffer platform,this model has four optimization objectives: One,the key parts in the assembly workshop actual consumption rate and the ideal value of deviation;Two,the load of key parts assembled station in assembly workshop;Three,switching times of color in the painting workshop;Four,switching times of model in the welding workshop.And a hybrid heuristic algorithm was designed for solving this model.The algorithm is composed of genetic algorithm based on improved fitness operator and heuristic algorithm based on inbound and outbound rules.The genetic algorithm is responsible for calculating the production scheduling plan of the assembly workshop.The heuristic algorithm is responsible for calculating the production scheduling plan of painting workshop,welding workshop,and car body dispatching plan of two buffer platform.By regulating the balance parameters of the heuristic algorithm,the algorithm can be adjusted freely between the optimization effect and scheduling efficiency.After 50 times numerical simulations with data,the best results are picked for visual dynamic simulation.The validity of the model and algorithm designed in this paper is verified by analyzing the results of dynamic simulation.Finally,the algorithm designed in this paper is compared with the existing scheduling algorithm of Chang'an automobile under the same conditions,the algorithm designed in this paper can simultaneously optimize the four optimization objectives,and in the case of a small sacrifice of the two optimization objectives of painting and welding workshop,the two optimization objectives of the final assembly workshop can be significantly better than the existing algorithm.And in the relaxed case,there is still a gap between the existing algorithm and the algorithm in this paper,which proves the superiority of the algorithm designed in this paper.
