The combination switch of the automobile,as the key component,will directly affect the automobile performance in automotive electrical accessories.Testing the durability is the key to ensuring product quality for the automobile combination switches.This paper designs the durability testing bench for the automobile combination switches,that can provide lifting,turning and twisting for the durability detection of automotive column steering knuckle combination switches(including switches such as far and near light,fog lights,night running lights,turn signals,wipers,etc.).The paper mainly contains the following work content:(1)By analyzing the structural characteristics and durability testing requirements of the automotive combination switch,the performance index of the durability testing bench is analyzed for the automobile combination switch.Then the working mechanism of the durability testing bench is expounded,and the detection of the torque switch is designed.The position adjustment mechanism of each mechanism is designed to avoid the screwing mechanism,such as the toggle mechanism of the toggle switch,the lifting mechanism of the lift type switch.In order to avoid the resonance phenomenon,the finite element intrinsic modal analysis is performed on the toggle and lifting mechanism of the test rig.At the same time,in order to improve the service life of the test equipment,the finite element is applied to the large force-carrying and lifting mechanism.The analysis of cloud maps provides a theoretical basis for the processing of later parts and the selection of materials.(2)The control system software is designed based on LabVIEW+LabVIEW RT,which is convenient for setting parameters such as pulling,lifting displacement,compaction pressure,rotating torque and angle,that can realizs the display of load current and voltage detection results and the real-time display of moment/displacement curve.(3)To meet the requirements of adjusting parameters such as lifting,turning and twisting frequency,action amplitude and moment,the control system and control algorithm of durability testing bench for automobile combination switch are developed.The simulation is descussed and the data are compared the front fog lamp switch and low-light lamp switch.(4)The experimental design and experimental verification of the durability testing bench are completed for the automobile combination switch.
