| At present,the continuous mileage of electric vehicles is restricted by various factors,so the country also encourages the development of hybrid electric vehicles with longer driving miles.As a kind of hybrid electric vehicle,this paper will design a new type of range-extented electric vehicle,select the key power components and put forward a reasonable matching method of performance parameters.The control strategy suitable for the vehicle studied in this paper is designed,and finally,the dynamic and economic performance of the vehicle can reach the design target.In this paper,by consulting the relevant literature,the composition and characteristics of range-extented electric vehicle are described,and the selection of key components and matching of performance parameters are carried out on the basis of automotive theory.Then the hardware system design of the controller is completed based on DSP56F8346.Using Code Warrior and Labview,the acquisition of the input signal of acceleration pedal,rotational speed and so on,and the monitoring system of upper computer are developed.The test platform of control system is built by using dSPACE,and the experiment of accelerating pedal control motor is carried out,which lays a foundation for the hardware-in-the-loop simulation of vehicle control strategy.Based on the operation mode of the vehicle and the characteristics of energy flow under each operation mode,the power following control strategy and the threepoint control strategy are designed in this paper,and the strategy flow is put forward and applied to the design of range-extented electric vehicle.The whole vehicle is modeled and simulated by vehicle simulation software ADVISOR.In the process of modeling,the secondary development is carried out on the basis of the original model provided by ADVISOR,including the introduction of vehicle model parameters and the development of control strategy.The simulation results in ADVISOR include the dynamic performance and fuel economy of the whole vehicle under two control strategies.The simulation results show the lift.The parameters matching scheme and the control strategy are reasonable,and the performance of the vehicle is more superior when the three-point control strategy is adopted. |
