Reactive Powder Concrete(RPC)is a new type of material with high strength,high toughness and high durability because it does not contain coarse aggregate and has a dense internal structure.It has a good application prospect in the field of civil engineering.At present,the research on RPC mostly focuses on the mechanical properties and high temperature properties of the materials,and the performance of RPC structures under the action of open flame is less studied.In this paper,the mechanical properties test and numerical simulation of four steel RPC simple-supported beams under high temperature and high temperature are carried out,and the test results are compared with the simulation results.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Study on catastrophic behavior of RPC simple supported beam under fire.The influence of protective layer thickness,fiber content,load level and fire retardant coating on the temperature field distribution and mechanical properties of RPC simple supported beam is studied.The temperature field distribution and displacement-time curve of RPC simple supported beam under different conditions are obtained.(2)Study on mechanical properties of RPC simple supported beams after fire.Through the bending test of RPC simple supported beam after fire,the residual bearing capacity,section stress-strain law and load-displacement curve are obtained.The calculation formula of the normal section bearing capacity of RPC simple supported beam after fire is proposed.(3)Finite element analysis of RPC beam under fire.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the model for thermal coupling analysis.The simulation results under different conditions are obtained by changing the thickness of protective layer and load level,and compared with the experimental data.
