With the continuous development of the railway system,trains have become an indispensable means of travel in daily lives,so driving safety has gradually become the focus of attention.The railway system relies heavily on equipment,and equipment failures can affect normal driving and even cause serious railway accidents.The existing railway system lacks a monitoring system for the rail trackside equipment of the track circuit,and cannot perform real-time monitoring on the trackside equipment,resulting in a lengthy troubleshooting time and a failure to solve the problem in time.Therefore,in order to accurately monitor the trackside equipment in real time and ensure the safety of driving,it is very important to develop a corresponding monitoring system.According to the site investigation and the principle of fiber Bragg grating sensing,this paper designs a track-track equipment monitoring system using fiber grating sensing technology to solve the problem of the lack of monitoring system in the existing trackside equipment.The system mainly designs the fiber grating current and voltage sensor,and uses the sensor to collect the current and voltage of the trackside equipment,and compares it with the normal value to judge whether the equipment is normal,thus achieving the purpose of monitoring.The system design is divided into a lower machine part and a upper machine part.The lower computer hardware uses the STM32L486VGT6 processor as the main control chip to carry out circuit design.The power module is used to supply power to each module,the data acquisition circuit is used to collect the fiber grating signal.Finally,the Ethernet module is designed to transmit the processed data to the upper computer.The lower part software part mainly designs the data acquisition program to collect the output signal of the fiber grating demodulator,and uses the filtering algorithm and the wavelength fitting algorithm to process the data to obtain the center wavelength of the fiber grating.The host computer is built on the LabVIEW platform.The main function is to complete TCP/IP data communication,process the data uploaded by the lower computer,obtain the voltage and current value of the device,and determine whether the device is faulty by judging whether the value is normal.The host computer also completed the design of human-computer interaction interface and database module,which is convenient for staff to operate and query.The monitoring system studied in this paper can accurately collect the current and voltage of the equipment and judge whether the equipment is normal.The research results in this paper have certain practicability and innovation,and provide a certain reference value for the signal monitoring field of trackside equipment.
