Study On Performance Evaluation Of Project Responsibility Cost Management

The rapid economic development brought by the reform and opening-up has also promoted the rapid development of China’s construction industry.The popularization of urbanization has brought both opportunities and challenges to construction enterprises.With the increasingly fierce market competition,the construction industry must effectively control the cost to obtain a favorable competitive advantage.With the development transition of construction enterprises to benefit theory enterprises,more and more managers realize that actively and effectively promoting performance appraisal,which can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and improve work efficiency,thus enabling enterprises to obtain considerable economic benefits.Because our country engineering project responsibility cost management of time is not long,the lessons from the successful cases that can draw are not rich,and the management level of our country and abroad project responsibility cost management level there is a certain gap,set up a scientific assessment of the project responsibility cost management can be evaluation index system,to become scholars,and project managers are in urgent need of the research important topic.This paper is based on the research results in related fields both at home and abroad.The study was carried out by combining theory with demonstration.This paper firstly analyzed the domestic and foreign literature of liability cost management,and prepared the writing of the latter.In the theoretical part,this paper defines the concepts of liability cost management,the theory of liability cost management and the process of liability cost management.Then it analyzes the significance of implementing the responsibility cost management in the construction project,and finally discusses the reasons for the performance evaluation of the responsibility cost management.In the empirical part,first of all,the paper focuses on the analysis of how to select and determine the evaluation index of liability cost,and establishes the performance evaluation system.Then,the basic principles and application steps of the evaluation methods of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are introduced in detail.Finally,taking a large construction enterprise engineering project as an example,the performance of the project’s liability cost management was evaluated by conducting a questionnaire survey and referring to the evaluation system established above and the evaluation method described above.
