With the rapid development of Aeronautical technology,the requirements of aero-engine for aero-industry are becoming higher and higher.As the core component of aero-engine,the related technology of aero-engine blade has become an important restrictive factor for the development of Aeronautical technology.Because of the small quality,less parts and high stability,the blisk model is becoming more and more popular in the aviation field.How to process blisk with high quality and efficiency has always been a difficult problem.In order to solve the engineering application problem of blade model construction in NC machining of blisk blade,the construction and connection are studied in this paper.It involves the processing of blade model data,the interpolation and approximation of blade surface,and the connection of multiple surfaces.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the blade model,the lead,trail,back and basin of the blade are divided,and then the data are processed according to different regions to get the points of density changing with the region.Then,the data points are interpolated and approximated.When multi-surface is fitted,the surface is connected,and the expression of single blade surface is realized finally.Among them,the connected methods used include controlling the boundary conditions before fitting,and adjusting the surfaces after fitting.Generally speaking,the modeling method of blisk blade surface studied in this paper is simple and effective,which has certain reference significance in the corresponding engineering application fields.
