| In today’s world,the contradiction between the increasing depletion of primary energy reserves and the increase in energy demand caused by the increase in population is gradually deteriorating.While continuously developing new energy sources,how to improve traditional energy utilization methods and improve energy transfer efficiency is also an important research topic.Waste heat recovery technology based on organic rankine cycle is a feasible and promising technical route.Compared with the traditional steam cycle,the organic rankine cycle(ORC)can achieve higher thermoelectric conversion rate for low-grade heat sources,especially in the utilization of industrial waste heat.In this paper,thermal design of an organic Rankine cycle waste heat power generation system with regenerator was conducted.The six organic working fluids including n-pentane,R123,R245 fa,R245ca,NOVEC649 and R1233 ZD were compared and analyzed.Based on conventional thermal economic indicators and enthalpy evaluation indicators,comprehensive consideration of the safety of work and environmental effect,the best working fluid was conformed.The simulation model of the waste heat power generation system was built by using Simulink module in Matlab.The simulation parameters and optimization analysis were carried out with operating parameters such as working fluid evaporation pressure and condensation temperature as variables.By comparing the organic Rankine cycles with or without regenerator,various performance indicators were quantitatively calculated to analyze their impact on the system.Based on the simulation parameters,the actual ORC system was built with NOVEC649 as the working fluid.After the system was safely and stably operated,multiple sets of experimental data were obtained.The experimental data were analyzed to obtain the operating rules and evaluation indexes of the system.The organic Rankine cycle power generation system verified the feasibility of recovering power from the engine exhaust of the ship.Combined with the simulation and experimental data,the operating parameters of the ORC system of different organic working fluids were compared and analyzed,and the influence of parameters on the system performance was obtained by quantitative analysis.And the optimal value under the set condition was obtained.The actual waste heat recovery power generation system of the fishing vessel could supply the daily power consumption of the ship and improve the economical operation of the ship. |
