The buckle plate is made by simple stamping of the flat plate.Due to the existence of regular convex on the surface,the mechanical properties are greatly improved on the basis of the original flat plate.Compared with other plates,under the test of high efficiency and energy saving performance,The buckle plate has outstanding performance,which can meet the needs of a large number of projects,and also reflects its own value.Based on Kirchhoff's theory of small deflection bending of orthotropic plate,Navier method is applied to solve the bending problem of the orthotropic plates with four-sided simply supported structures under concentrated load.The stiffness is equivalently calculated by structural analysis of the convex dislocation buckle plate,the diagonally opposite convex buckle plate,and the bidirectional convex buckle plate.The reason for the change of the stiffness of the buckle plate was analyzed,and the change of the section of the plate was studied.Due to the regularity and repetitiveness of the convex structure of the buckle plate,the buckle plates of different structures are selected as the research object by selecting the typical elements that can represent the overall features,and the regions are divided according to the sectional features of the selected units.The application of the regional centroid coordinate,the moment of inertia and the bending stiffness formula of the plate obtains the bending stiffness formula of the region to be obtained,and then combines the equivalent formula to obtain the bending stiffness formula of the entire buckle plate.The influence of the convex arrangement of three kinds of structural buckle plates and the variation of different geometric parameters on the stiffness of the overall buckle plate is analyzed,and the reasons for the impact are discussed.Under the defined constraints,the geometric parameters of the buckle plate structure are optimized by considering the influence of the number of convex arrangements.The equivalent stiffness formula and the deflection formula are used to calculate the stiffness and deflection of the geometric parameters when the number of convex is different,and the results are compared with the finite element results to obtain the optimal structure to make the overall stiffness good.The comparison of the deflection values of the two methods proves the correctness and reliability of the theoretical methods and results.Finally,through the comparative analysis of the results of the three types of buckle plates,the advantages and disadvantages of different embossed plates are discussed,which can provide a reference for the selection of plate structure with more suitable structure and higher performance in engineering application.
