The vehicle has become an indispensable tool in life,the tire is an important component of vehicles and plays an important role in the driving of vehicles.The conventional pneumatic tire requires regular maintenance and may cause air leaks and punctures during driving.Aiming at the problems existing in traditional pneumatic tires,A non-pneumatic tire model is proposed in this paper,which is mainly composed of a polyurethane support and a rubber tread,and the performance of the non-pneumatic tire is studied.The main contents are as follows:According to the constitutive model theory of polymer materials,the uniaxial tensile test of polyurethane materials is carried out.The test results are fitted with several constitutive models of polyurethane materials to analyze the characteristics of different constitutive models,and the constitutive model of materials under the conditions of tire use is selected.Calculate the constitutive model parameters of the polyurethane material.The specific heat capacity of the polyurethane material is determined by standard comparison tests;the thermal conductivity of the polyurethane material is calculated.The CATIA software was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the non-pneumatic tire.The model mesh is divided by ABAQUS software,the load and boundary conditions of the model are defined,and the static and dynamic load finite element analysis of the tire is carried out to study the influence of the sinking amount on the static and dynamic load of the tire.The grounding property of the static load is analyzed and the factors affecting the static load of the tire are investigated.The theoretical model of the non-pneumatic tire side-off characteristic is proposed.The tire side-off characteristic simulation is carried out.The numerical value of the simulation result and the theoretical model value of the tire-bias are compared.The applicability of the theoretical model on the pneumatic-free tire is determined.The relationship between the yaw angle and the tire deflection characteristics is analyzed.Factors affecting the tire cornering characteristics are investigated.The heating mechanism of the non-pneumatic tire during the movement is analyzed,the internal heat source during the tire movement is determined,the finite element simulation of the temperature field of the tire-free tire is carried out,the distribution of the tire temperature field is analyzed,and the factors affecting the temperature field distribution of the tire are studied.
