This project builds a 70 kw small circulating fluidized bed boiler,and uses the Thermogravimetric analysis technology to carry out experimental analysis of the relevant characteristics of the two types of thermal coal,and studies the characteristics of coal fire and boiler combustion operation.Firstly,based on the boiler design criteria,the main body and auxiliary system of small fluidized bed boiler are designed and processed,including combustion chamber,air distribution,material circulation and electrical system.Secondly,in order to study the combustion adaptation characteristics of coal combustion in the test bed of circulating fluidized bed boiler,the relevant TGA analysis of coal combustion under different experimental conditions was carried out by thermogravimetric analysis.The experimental analysis shows that the coal type,heating rate and coal particle size have certain influence on the TG curve,DTG curve and its characteristic temperature.Finally,according to the actual situation of the experiment,a small industrial test was carried out on the small fluidized bed boiler built.Before the combustion operation characteristics of the furnace type were studied,the safety of the test,stability and reliability were considered.After the cold test and partial modification,the thermal stability test was carried out.Based on the relevant basic data,the combustion characteristics of coal in the combustion process of boilers and some rules of NO and SO2generation and emission are studied under variable working conditions.The research mainly focuses on the temperature uniformity of each measuring point under the ignition start and variable working conditions of the test bench,and the concentration of pollutants varies with the operating temperature.The research on SO2 emission in the combustion process mainly focuses on two factors:different coal types and combustion operating temperature.The research on NO emission in the combustion process mainly focuses on the combustion operating temperature and the volatile content of coal.The problem of low temperature Slagging occurred in the test and was introduced.This topic provides a reliable experimental basis for the subsequent study of low-pollution combustion of fluidized bed boilers.
