With the fossil energy depletion and the environment deterioration,the electricity market has made green low carbon and environmental protection as development goal.Micro power grid combining all kinds of renewable energy power generation in the effective sorting,can be used as an intelligent aodule and received in the active power distribution network,strengthen interaction and controllability of the active power distribution,initiative,flexibility and security,and thus enhance the overall efficiency of power system,will become the future power grid containing multiple micro power grid of the active distribution network.So the different stakeholders–microgrids scheduling research in the active distribution network is becoming more and more attention and importance.This paper studies the optimal scheduling of micro-grids of different stakeholders in the active distribution network.The main research contents include:Firstly,the research and development status of active distribution network,wind power prediction and pv power prediction,household microgrid and combined heat and power microgrid are introduced.The operating characteristics and working principle of common distributed energy are introduced.Such as the forecasting error based on Weibull distributed scene method models of the wind power and pv power,gas turbines,gas boilers,and energy storage devices.The corresponding cost function of these devices are given.The basic demand response model is summarized,to lay the foundation for the later research work.Secondly,the distribution network structure diagram of the microgrid with different stakeholders is given.When the microgrid is independently scheduled,the microgrid operator is responsible for energy management.The energy flow diagrams of the combined heat and power microgrid and the household microgrid are constructed.Respectively,the optimization model of the combined heat and power microgrid and the household microgrid economic dispatching in the active distribution network are established.Microgrid is connected to the grid.The combined heat and power microgrid takes the maximum profit of the enterprise as the scheduling target,the household-type microgrid takes the user's electricity bill minimum as the dispatching target.The combined heat and power microgrid model uses the Benders decomposition method to combine the electric system and heat system.The system is decomposed into power system and thermal system.The simulation proves that the reliable convergence of the algorithm and the economics of the scene model.The household microgrid model uses the particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the multi-objective scheduling problem,and establishes the load-based incentive demand response model.The objective function of the demand response is the root mean square difference between the expected load curve and the actual load curve.Taking into account the adjustment of the load power will affect the user's power comfort,setting user comfort indicators.Simulation validates the economics of demand response and optical storage combined with pv generation,and the economics of the pv scene model in the household microgrid dispatching.Finally,the coordinated operation mode of multi-stakeholders in active distribution network is studied.Considering the fluctuation degree of daily load curve will have a great impact on the safe and stable operation of distribution network,so the load rate is used as the objective function.A game-based demand response coordination model is established,which includes three basic elements(participants,strategies,and benefit functions).The national power company which manages the active distribution network,and ordinary users in the distribution network jurisdiction,and the combined heat and power microgrid and the household microgrid are included in the scope of interest game.Under the premise of ensuring that the interests of all parties are at least not damaged,the time of use price is optimized,and the load curve is adjusted,and the microgrid scheduling results are adjusted.The model is solved by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm.In order to adapt the algorithm to the multi-stakeholder interest game,the benefit functiona are added to the algorithm to form a game particle swarm coordination algorithm.The simulation further validates the effect of the price-type demand response on the peak load shifting,and proves that the reason that the game players can get profits is the reasonable adjustment of the electricity price.
