As a utilization platform for renewable energy,the microgrid can make full use of various types of renewable energy sources and reduce the use of fossil energy.However,various distributed power sources,such as photovoltaic power generation,wind power generation,and tidal power generation,have problems such as intermittent and uncontrollable power generation caused by uncontrollable environmental variables.The rational allocation and optimization of the energy storage system can greatly modified these characteristics,and can improve the economic efficiency of the overall microgrid while reducing the difficulty of large power grid dispatching.Therefore,how to optimize the economic benefits of operation on the high-order nonlinear system of microgrid is an important research direction of current microgrid operation control.This paper research the hierarchically controlled microgrid system framework.The bottom layer is the local control layer,the photovoltaic system adopts MPPT control or PQ control.The battery adopts PQ control in the grid-connected mode,and the droop control is adopted in the island mode.The top layer is the centralized control layer,which uses the economic operation optimization algorithm to coordinate and control the given signals of all distributed generation.This paper analyzes the economic benefits and optimizes the operation of the 110kV/20 kV medium voltage distribution network proposed by the International Large Power Grid Conference.In order to maximize the use of renewable energy,improve economic efficiency,and reduce operating costs,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to the operation optimization research of microgrid.In order to improve the optimization ability of the optimization algorithm,this paper integrates various improvement strategies into the particle swarm optimization algorithm,and further processes the boundary problem in the algorithm optimization process,so that the improved optimization algorithm can search for the best solution.In order to ensure that the operating voltage of the microgrid is operated in the allowable range and reduce the network loss in the whole network as much as possible,this paper integrates the power flow calculation of the microgrid in the process of algorithm optimization.At the same time,in order to make full use of each optimization scheduling result to reduce the running deviation,this paper also proposes a variable-cycle rolling optimization strategy to improve the deviation between actual operation and theoretical value.The hardware-in-the-loop platform of MATLAB/RTDS was built to reproduce the model and verify the medium voltage microgrid model proposed by the International Large Power Grid Conference.The microgrid model is built in the RSCAD software and runs in the RTDS device.The algorithm optimization program is written in the MATLAB software,and the final calculation result is sent to the RTDS to guide the microgrid operation.
