With the progress of Industrial Science and technology and the rapid rise of social economy in recent years,the development and efficient utilization of new energy has entered a period of rapid development.Bidirectional full bridge DC/DC converter as DC bus and energy storage power transmission device and a conversion unit,has been more and more widely used in new energy power generation system and electric vehicle charging and discharging system,aviation power system etc..Therefore,it is of great value and significance to conduct extensive and in-depth scientific research on bi-directional full bridge DC/DC converters.In this paper,the bidirectional full bridge DC/DC converter is taken as the research object,and the current stress and power transmission characteristics of the bi-directional full bridge DC/DC converter under phase shift control mode are deeply studied.The topological structure of this paper bidirectional full bridge DC/DC converter,study the single phase control(Single-phase-shift,SPS)and dual phase shift control(Dual-phase-shift,DPS)of bidirectional full bridge DC/DC converter and the characteristics in the two kinds of control mode converter.But in the single phase control method of bidirectional full bridge DC/DC converter in power transmission,the current stress there is the phenomenon of excessive backflow power and voltage mismatch,the loss of the power switch and the power transfer efficiency of the converter are reduced in the full bridge structure.To solve this problem,the working mode and mathematical modeling of bidirectional full bridge DC/DC converter under single and dual phase shift control are analyzed firstly.On the basis of the double phase shift control theory,the corresponding shift of the converter operating at the minimum state of the current stress and the minimum backflow power is deduced respectively.Thus,the current stress and the backflow power of the converter are effectively reduced,and the simulation is verified.Finally,an experimental prototype is designed and built.The parameters of the experimental prototype are given,and the power switching device suitable for the experiment is selected according to the rationality of the parameters.The main circuit,isolation drive circuit and parameter calculation of the related circuit of the bidirectional full bridge DC/DC converter are introduced.And the phase programming in TMS320F28335 control chip,completed the bidirectional full bridge DC/DC converter in single phase control and dual phase shifting control,verify the correctness and effectiveness of theoretical analysis.
